Jacquie Pacheco joined Burlington Day Care in 1995. She began as an assistant in the Infant room. She loves working with children and observing their development. She  has formed a bond with every family she’s had the privilege of working with over the years. All four of Jacquie’s children attended BDC; her youngest is currently in the Preschool classroom. Jacquie says, “Not only have I found a home and a family in Burlington Day Care, but my children have too.” Jacquie has been certified by the EEC as a child care center director. Her professional interests include behavior management and curriculum planning.

Renee Kenney joined Burlington Day Care in 1996. She started off as an assistant in the Toddler room. She moved on to become lead teacher in the Infant room and is now the program manager for the Infant, Cruiser and Toddler rooms. Renee loves working with children and enjoys watching them grow and develop. Her son Noah, who is now in elementary school, attended the day care from the time he was an infant until he graduated from Pre-K. He still enjoys going back to visit his teachers and friends. Renee says, "I love my job and my family at Burlington Day Care." She has been certified by the EEC as a lead teacher.


Melissa Swift joined Burlington Day Care in 1996. She began working as a teacher in the Toddler room and is currently the program manager for Preschool and Pre-K. She enjoys working with children and helping them achieve their goals. Her two children both attended BDC. Melissa says, "My goal is that my teaching skills will prepare children with the knowledge they need for a future education." She has been certified by the EEC as a lead teacher.
